Late in the morning, you decide to run a promotion on a slow-selling item. It takes just two minutes: you change the price directly from the interface, and the vending machine syncs automatically. Adding a new product is just as simple: upload a photo, set a price, and the item appears on the vending machine’s screen. You can also schedule a promotional image to highlight it.
Throughout the day, WebPilot monitors your pizza vending machine for you. From oven and cold room temperatures to component status and operational issues, the software alerts you to any irregularities, allowing our technical team to intervene remotely before a breakdown disrupts sales. Cooking settings can also be adjusted individually for each pizza recipe, without the need for an on-site visit.
In the evening, you review your sales history. Every transaction is recorded and categorised by VAT rate, making your accounting records ready to share with your accountant.
