Article 2 — Data Collected and Purposes
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the pursued purpose (principle of data minimisation). The table below summarises the data collected, its purpose and legal basis.

Article 3 — Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact form data: retained for 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
- Navigation data and analytics cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months from the cookie deposit, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
Article 4 — Data Recipients
Your personal data is intended exclusively for authorised members of our company in connection with the management of your requests.
It is not sold, rented, transferred or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.
4.1 — Technical subcontractors
We use technical service providers (hosting provider, audience analysis tool) who may have access to your data in the course of their assignment. These providers act as data processors and are subject to strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
4.2 — Data transfers outside the EU
As a matter of principle, your personal data is processed and stored within the territory of the European Union. As an exception, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, notably through our subcontractors.
Where applicable, the data transfer will be governed by tools compliant with the GDPR, notably by means of adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission on the basis of Article 45 of the GDPR to establish that a third country outside the European Union ensures an adequate level of personal data protection.
If an adequacy decision does not apply, the international data transfer will then be governed by standard contractual clauses in force, as adopted by the European Commission on the basis of Article 46 of the GDPR, combined with a transfer impact assessment.

However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible, in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
